OVERVIEW OF THE 6^th CONVOCATION-2026

2 LAST DATE OF REGISTRATION: January 15, 2026 (Seats are limited, early registration is expected)

3 DATE OF GOWN COLLECTION: Will be informed later on through SMS.

4 ELIGIBLE CANDIDATES : Graduating Semester Spring-2021 TO Autumn-2024

5 NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS: Maximum 3500 (based on prior registration)

6 REGISTRATION FEE: BDT 7,000 (BDT 4,000 for those who have already taken the original Certificate)

8 VENUE: The convocation will take place at the green premises of the University at IIUC, Kumira, Chattogram, Bangladesh

Steps to complete Registration

Go to https://convocation.iiuc.ac.bd/convocation/token and fill up the form for collecting Token Number
After submitting the form, participants will get Token Number and Payment Instructions through SMS and Email of the participants.
Pay the registration fee as per the instructions provided.
Go to https://convocation.iiuc.ac.bd/convocation/registration again to complete the registration. During registration, participants have to upload (i) Passport-size color photograph to be printed in the souvenir. (Photographs of female graduates must have their heads covered with a scarf) (ii) Scanned copy of the bank payment receipt
On Successful submission of the form, participants will redirect to directory page of the 6th Convocation registration portal. Participants are strongly advised to check their names in that directory. The directory link is https://convocation.iiuc.ac.bd/convocation/adirectory
If your name is not included in the directory, it may be that payment verification is yet to be confirmed by IIUC. Normally it takes a couple of days. Registered participants list can be found at https://convocation.iiuc.ac.bd/convocation/adirectory
